Today, the Minister of Health issued an order which continues to alleviate the temporary anti-epidemic measures, as with regard to the measures to the food and entertainment establishments, the holding of cultural events, seminars, etc., the measures remain the same, namely:

From 02 June to 14 June 2020:

Visits to (a) entertainment and gaming halls, discos and bars are not permitted; b) indoor commercial areas of catering and entertainment establishments - restaurants, fast food establishments, drinking establishments and confectioneries, entertainment centers, children's and sports facilities indoors, including those in shopping malls, except for the restaurants in them with open area and separate entrance.

Visits to indoor areas of restaurants, fast food restaurants, drinking establishments, coffee shops, children's and sports facilities indoors, entertainment and playrooms, including those in shopping malls such as malls, bars, with the exception of discos, piano bar and night bar, according to the instructions in the order of the Minister of Health.

As of 30.05.2020 it is allowed to hold congress-conference events, seminars, exhibitions, including events of the exhibition industry, when the seats are occupied up to 30% of their total capacity, under the conditions and in accordance with the instructions in the order.

As of May 26, 2020, cultural and entertainment events are allowed (theaters, concerts, stage events, classes in dance, creative and musical arts, as well as entertainment activities for legal entities and individuals, etc.), with seats up to 30% of their total capacity indoors and up to 50% of their total capacity outdoors and at maximum capacity of use of the halls (community centers, children's complexes, cultural centers, youth centers, school halls and halls, private sites, military clubs, etc.) according to the area of the room when the seats are occupied by no more than 20 people for group activities and no more than 1 person per 4 sq.m. area according to the instructions in the order.

Order RD-01-289 / 02.06.2020 issued today cancels Order № RD-01-287 from 30.05.2020.
