Plovdiv took part in Tourist Exhibition “Bulgarian Mountains – Four seasons of Hospitality”
The Municipality of Plovdiv took part in XII Tourist Exhibition “Bulgarian Mountains – Four seasons of Hospitality” in Perelik Hall, Pamporovo for the period 15-th - 17-th of October. Many of the cities in the region participated with their own marketing materials and presentations, while the Ministry of Tourism conducted a discussion on the main topic of the exposition: “Competition power of the Bulgarian tourism”.
Plovdiv participates with its own exhibition area, where marketing materials are presented. As a part of the program, a presentation was given on the topic “Plovdiv - one year later”, highlighting on the new tourists sites in the city, as well as the future projects for development of the tourist attractions. Two short movies were projected, presenting the reconstructed Tsar Simeon’s Garden and the Lake with the Singing fountains, as well as the campaign for Plovdiv 2019. 
The visitors of the exhibition can access some information about the tourist product of the city, the options for cultural wine and religious tourism, the sites and the huge historical heritage of the city. The main accent has been put on the proclamation of Plovdiv European Cultural Capital 2019, as well as the promotion of the newest tourist product – the Wine Map of the region.
