The 6Fest street festival in 6 days and with a parallel city program

The 14th edition of the 6Fest Street Art Festival in 2024 will last 6 days with two programs - a main one with street arts and a parallel urban program. The dates are April 27 and 28, as well as May 9 to 12, 2024. Admission is free. For the fifth year in a row, the festival is part of the Cultural Calendar of the Municipality of Plovdiv.

On April 27 and 28, 6Fest will present its first street program events with the participation of the circus formation Traviecircus Duo (Italy/Mexico) and Theater Formation "Senju" (Bulgaria), whose performances are based on the technique of the Japanese marionette system of puppet theater "Takeda".

May 9 will be the third Plovdiv edition of the "Night of Stories" event format. They will be in the role of storytellers about Plovdiv representatives of the Regional Archaeological Museum, the Regional Historical Museum and the Municipal Institute "Ancient Plovdiv". The event will be held from 19:00 at the Fargo Club with free entry.

From May 10 to 12, most of the events of the main street program of 6Fest, as well as the parallel city program, are concentrated. This year's festival edition is multi-genre and will present circus, fire art, contemporary dance, music, and the expected international guests are from Europe and South America.

For the first time in Plovdiv, the street arts festival 6Fest is making a separate city program of events that will take place in partner locations such as galleries, community centers and art centers.
