For the second year in a row Plovdiv Jazz Fest will have its summer edition. It will be held again in early August in Plovdiv and at the end of the same month in the nearby village of Markovo.

The first part of Plovdiv Jazz Summer is waiting for us every evening from 04 to 06 August at the Orpheus Summer Cinema at 21:00. On the beautiful summer stage will be Ivo Papazov-Ibryama and the Trakia Orchestra, Antoni Donchev Jazz Quartet with the Eva Quartet and Destino Tango Trio.

At first glance it is obvious that the focus of the first part of the summer program will be jazz with ethnic motifs and improvisational music. Tickets for the concerts are already on sale in the Eventim network and will be at special prices until 30 June.

The project is produced by the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Paris.

At the end of August Plovdiv Jazz Summer will continue, but this time in the village of Markovo.

The dates of the autumn edition of Plovdiv Jazz Fest are already known - this year the festival will take place from 27 to 29 October.
