Pocket guide is an innovative mobile application that is quickly gaining popularity all over the world. This is one of the largest audio guides, which includes more than 100 leading tourist destinations. Plovdiv Municipality was offered by the owner of Pocket Guide himself. This happens during the London tourism fair World Travel Market (November 2013),of which the Municipal Enterprise "Tourism" presented annually to the tourism product of the oldest European city. Plovdiv is the first and only city in Bulgaria, which currently participates in the mobile administration. The route "An exciting walk through antiquity and modernity " includes the most important tourist sites of the city: Antichen forum, Ancient Odeon, Ancient building " Eirene ", The Main Street, The Art Gallery, The  Roman stadium, Djumaya mosque, street " Catholic”,  cathedral "Assumption of the Virgin", ancient Roman theater, house " Lamartine ", church " St. Constantine and Elena ", Icon Gallery, Hissar pepper, exhibition" Bulgarian Revival ", house of Nicolas Nedkovich, Regional Ethnographic Museum, Balabanov’s house, Stephan Hindlian’s house , Bayatova house, Bakalova house, Nebet hill.
Each of the sites has an audio file that is downloaded to the mobile phone. You can be hear a short story for the sights in English. In any tourist site will be placed a distinctive mark of the mobile application. In this way, tourists will be informed of this wonderful opportunity that can benefit. Currently Plovdiv Municipality is preparing several routes that will be included in the Pocket Guide. They will be themed "Roman road", "Museum of Plovdiv", "Plovdiv and religions."
