Ivan Stratiev 

Ivan Stratiev was born in 1960 in Tran, Bulgaria. He graduated from the University of Veliko Tarnovo “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” in 1984, specializing in Graphics. He has participated in dozens of exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad. He has over 30 solo exhibitions in Sofia, Varna, Prague, Vienna, Zurich etc. 
His works are in possession of galleries and private collections all over the world. He works mainly in oils and watercolors, and graphic lithography and etching. His art is figurative - from realism and surrealism to hypermannerism and anachronism. He has realized conceptual shares, installations and performances.
