The GIGA project, a name that was born in allegory to the artistic union between two relevant people from Cordova, Ginés, and Gaitán, can be interpreted as an important form of creation and composition as well as a danceable musical structure, a factor that identifies the Spanish music.
An interdisciplinary event is presented with the aim of strengthening ties of union between Bulgarian and Spanish artists on the occasion of the Cultural Capital 2019 "Together" developed in Plovdiv and introducing two artistic disciplines in an original and attractive way for the Bulgarian citizen, bringing part of the Spanish and Cordova roots through an exhibition of painting and piano concert.

When: 04 – 27 October 2019
Where: Boris Hristov House of Culture at 15 William Gladstone Str.
Opening on 1 October at 18:30 h.

To create a remarkable event in the city and attract the largest number of visits to this exhibition, a concert for piano of great dimensions will be held, starring the pianist María Dolores Gaitán, recently distinguished by Marca España. The concert programme will contain Spanish composers and music inspired by the roots of Spain. This concert will take place on October 22 in the Boris Hristov House of Culture.
