For the ninth year in a row, from October 4th to 6th, Plovdiv will host the prestigious GuitART festival. This unique event brings together the energy and experience of world-renowned guitarists and bands with emerging young talent, offering a truly unforgettable experience for classical guitar lovers.
Fantastic concerts, master classes, lectures, an international classical guitar competition and interesting music workshops await us. The festival aims to bring together established names in world music culture together with emerging young talents, providing a unique platform for both seasoned artists and young stars to perform.
Flamenco, Argentine tango, jazz, funk and classical are some of the musical styles that fans of good music will have the opportunity to enjoy.
"We are happy to welcome back to Plovdiv some of the most talented guitarists and musicians in the world," the festival team stated. "Our audience can expect incredible performances that will show the beauty and emotionality of the most popular musical instrument."
Plovdiv GuitArt Festival has established itself as the biggest and most anticipated guitar event in the region, offering a truly unique experience for lovers of fine and valuable music. The festival is realized with the financial support of the Municipality of Plovdiv and is part of the Cultural Calendar of the city for 2024.

The concerts from the GuitART Festival "David Bermudez Flamenco Quintet" on 04.10. and Del Padre & Tango Cats on 05.10., are moving indoors. The reason is the forecast for complicated weather conditions.
The concerts change their location from Summer Cinema "Orpheus" to the State Puppet Theater, Plovdiv. The address is St. Hr.G. Danov 14. In the new hall, seats are pre-allocated according to the tickets you have purchased.
