For more than two decades, BG Radio has been supporting and promoting Bulgarian pop and rock music. The media is proud to announce the nominations of fans and lovers of Bulgarian music for the Annual Music Awards of BG Radio 2024.

Traditionally, BG Radio listeners nominate their favorite Bulgarian artists in ten categories . Annual Music Awards of BG Radio are known as the only awards determined entirely by the audience of BG Radio.

Star guests revealed Bulgaria's favorite musicians live in a 9-hour program on BG Radio. The TV presenter, Marian Stankov – Mondieu, has determined the nominees for the A-team of Bulgarian music. The nominees in the "BG Performer" category were revealed by actress Silvia Petkova, and the nominees in "BG Performer" were announced by journalist and presenter Niki Kanchev. "BG Text" is the category most likely to be announced by the poet Alexander Petrov, with the "BG Inspirational" prize from the Annual Music Awards of BG Radio 2023. Reporter Blagoi Tsitselkov opened the envelopes with the names of the musicians in the "BG Combination" category and shared that "whoever wants to know which songs will rule the music scene this year should come to the ceremony of the Annual Music Awards of BG Radio. That's where the hits are born." The announcement of the nominees included the popular actor Marian Bachev , the journalist Georgi Lyubenov , the singer and influencer Divna and pop singer, musician and producer Rafi Bohosyan.

With the most nominations is Miro, he was chosen by Bulgarian music lovers in six categories - "BG Song", "BG Text", "BG Album", "BG Artist", "BG Combination" together with Maria Ilieva and " BG Video Clip". Maria Ilieva and Molets are the public's choice in five categories. Nominated in four categories are Dara Ekimova , Lubo Kirov and Grafa .

The day of nominations for the Annual Music Awards of BG Radio 2024 began with an interview with the musician Kiril Marichkov , this year the musketeer of Bulgarian music will be awarded the special award "BG Inspiration" in the name of Ana Maria Tonkova. The recognition is a symbol of exceptional contribution and an example of dedication to Bulgarian music and the only award that is determined by the BG Radio team.
