Dear customers,

On July 1, 2024, at 07:52 AM, we received the following message from the organizer of GOLDEN HITS №1 OF ALL TIME - Ruse, BG Music 18 EOOD:

"In connection with an urgent problem of one of the participants in the concert GOLDEN HITS NUMBER 1 OF ALL TIME, the concert at the Summer Theater Plovdiv on July 3, 2024, is canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Ticket refund procedure:

The amounts for tickets purchased through the partner network of http://Eventim.bg are refunded by the specific point of sale from which they were purchased.

In case the tickets were purchased from the Eventim BG website:

- With a credit card - they should be sent to the central office of Eventim BG - Sofia, 58 "6-ti Septemvri" Street, and the amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase within 7 working days. Tickets purchased with the print@home and eTicket options are returned by email to [email protected].

- With cash on delivery or by bank transfer - customers should return their tickets by mail to the address - Sofia, 58 "6-ti Septemvri" Street with a bank account to which the amount should be refunded, along with the account holder's name and a contact phone number.
