On July 30, 2023, the Bishop's Basilica of Philippopolis will open its doors for a Children's Architecture Workshop. In her studio, participants will be able to walk through the streets of Philippopolis - the city we find under today's Plovdiv. They will be transported back in time and fall into the hectic rhythm of ancient daily life. They will compare the maps of modern Plovdiv and ancient Philippopolis and learn to navigate them.

Children will learn about the main types of buildings typical of Roman cities and finally create a model of the city together.

The class will take place from 11.00 to 12.30 on Sunday, 30 July, in the Bishop's Basilica of Philippopolis.
