6Fest 2023 Street Arts Festival announces its 13th edition, which will take place in Plovdiv as part of the city's Cultural Calendar. Thematically, the upcoming edition is dedicated to mono-performances and individual performances in the field of contemporary circus (clowning, juggling), puppetry, pantomime, living statues, stilts, music, street magic.
The program includes street artists (independent or part of popular and established formations) such as Philip Haralanov (one of the founders of New Circus), Dario Tabakov (creator of the Combino Project), Radoslav Stoynov (one of the recognizable faces of the street circus in Plovdiv), Ashton Ka (with his new Bulgarian project for living statues), Margarita Kostova, Dimitar Bakardzhiev, Daniel Rusev (one of the founders of Chameleon Theatre), Momchil Marinov (part of the older generation of circus and theatre artists, active since the 90s), mono-performances by artists from troupes such as Theatre "Nyansi" (Troyan), Travelling Theatre "Skrin" (Sofia, Pernik), Theatre "Metamorphosis" / "The Funny Clinic of Dr. Kuku and Dr. Pippi" (Sofia).
