Come on Tuesday - 7 February at 18:00 to the opening of the exhibition "Open" - posters by Plovdiv scenographer and graphic designer Kancho Kasabov, arranged on the first floor of Kapana Gallery. The exhibition can be seen until 27 February.
Kancho Kasabov was born on 03.09.1974 in Plovdiv, where he graduated from the National High School for Performing and Screen Arts (1993). He continued his education at the National Academy of Arts in Sofia in the specialty "Scenography" under prof. He graduated from the Academy of Stage Design in Sofia, with a degree in Scene Design. In 2001 he graduated as a scenographer with an additional qualification "Pedagogy of Fine Arts".
From 2002 to 2013 he worked as a full-time stage designer at the Lyubomir Kabakchiev Drama Theatre in Kazanlak. Between 2014 and 2015 she was a full-time stage designer at the Nikola Vaptsarov Drama Theatre in Blagoevgrad. From the beginning of 2008 until now she has been working at the National High School for Performing and Screen Arts in Plovdiv as a teacher of computer graphics, drawing and artistic lighting.
In the period 2015 - 2017 she worked as a guest lecturer in Computer Programs at Art Academy "Prof. Assen Diamandiev - Plovdiv. And from 2016 to 2019 he is a graphic designer.
