Mrs. Zdenka Smočilović, a still young enough widow, is looking for a new husband. The choice turns out to be surprisingly interesting and unexpectedly difficult: an artistic drunkard, a sophisticated diplomat, a handsome sportsman who, however, due to a training injury has lost the ability to perform his wifely duties, a hopelessly dull peasant, but still very potential and a doctor of plastic surgery with connections in the English royal court. The decision he comes to is so unpredictable that it surprises even Miss Zdenka herself.
The author of this hilarious comedy is the famous Croatian playwright Miro Gavran.
