The British rapper and top music producer Skepta arrives in Plovdiv with the hits that shaped an entire hip-hop and grime era to take the stage at the Rowing Channel on July 15 for his first performance in front of the Bulgarian audience.

Setting the standards not only for music in his native UK, but for all of contemporary British culture worldwide, Skepta has established himself as one of the most important and influential artists in the music industry today. Thanks to his original sound and engaging and full of energy performances as both producer and MC, Skepta has captivated a large and diverse audience. With a number of successful songs including Shutdown, No Security, All Eyes On Me, Man, Nirvana and more, the rapper received three BRIT Award nominations and won the Mercury Prize for Album of the Year for Konnichiwa in 2016.

The project is part of the Legacy programme of Plovdiv - European Capital of Culture.
