The traditional Festival of Wine starts on 3rd March with degustations and a concert. The annual ''Vinaria'' exhibition  (International Exhibition of Vine-Growing and Wine Producing) wil take place afterwards from 4th to 8th March.Around 250 brands of wine will be presented to professionals and simply conoisseurs of the exquisite drink. Meanwhile FoodTech and Agra expos will be held in the International Fair of Plovdiv thus connecting different parts of a huge process that we may call ''the pleasure to taste sophisticated products'' and see how they were made.
