Regional Ethnographic Museum Plovdiv invites you to the exhibition “Layers” – clothes by Elena Dramova; jewels and beads by Stoyan Marinov.
It is an annual tradition for Elena Dramova and Stoyan Marinov to make an exhibition at the Regional Ethnographic Museum. This time they will present parchments of emotions, impressions, quests and accounts; Strings of bright, colorful and shining as beads days and joys… “Flaws of hours, sequences of sunrises, sunsets, seasons and years…” which are going provoke our souls to experience “a revolt of emotions and senses” over the warped cloth made up of the threads of destiny; alive and delicate, stuck in flowing “beating reflections of joy and anger, smiles and tears… a sequence of meetings and partings; feelings and senses”, which “put different layers one over another in the place of the commercial world”.
