"...in the previous months a series of procedural actor actions were carried out in order to increase public attention to the ferocious satire rampant on the territory of the Hend Theatre, namely the performance "PRACETTE", provoked by the person Ivomir Ignatov, well known to the authorities. A number of clownish schemes and practices have been identified in the actions of the actors. There is a potential risk to the population of provoking laughter and reflection. The individuals involved are well prepared and trained and pose a direct threat to theatrical order and established norms..."
