The official opening of the renovated new base of the National High School for Performing and Screen Arts, which the school received by decision of the Municipal Council - Plovdiv at the suggestion of Mayor Zdravko Dimitrov. The opening ceremony includes a prayer for health, served by Father Elenko, cutting a tricolor ribbon and viewing the new premises. After the playground ceremony on the occasion of the International Children's Day - June 1, students will put on a small show, will paint with the kids on clay figurines, which children will then be able to take home as a souvenir of the holiday and make up children as favorites fairy tale characters.

"Asya in the Land of Talents" - a children's program for kids with outstanding talents. The kids will ride in boats with fairy tales, talk to the clouds on the phone ... For the first year the Regional Museum of Natural History - Plovdiv organizes a Music Festival on the occasion of Children's Day. The interest in the event is record-breaking - over 200 children from 16 kindergartens and many other schools and music schools in the city will join the program. The children and their leaders have prepared a rich palette of musical, vocal and dance performances. The event is not on a competitive basis - participants will receive a gift and a certificate of respect for their talent and diligence.

The program will begin with a poem about Levski, recited by Natalia Kyurkchieva and Cheerleading dance performed by Group IV "b" of DG "Mother's Care". Anyone wishing to watch the music and dance performances is welcome. The full program can be viewed at: https://rnhm.org/bg/news/index/351

 "MAGIC SUMMER with KATRA FM" - a children's entertainment program with the participation of children from youth schools in the city, outstanding young talents in popular television formats, vocal groups of "Opera", "Singing Kittens", dancers, ballerinas and gymnasts. There will be many games with the children from the audience on the stage and around the fountain on the square. This year, too, the radio team stands behind a noble cause together with the BRCY volunteers. Plovdiv Radio organized the creation of a children's library in the "Clinic of Pediatrics and Genetic Diseases" at the University Hospital "St. George". All guests of the holiday can join with a symbolic donation of levs in the coffers of the Youth Red Cross, for which they receive water or juice. And at the end of the holiday they take part in the big raffle, which distributes bags of toys, bicycles, scooters, musical instruments, beach items, mattresses, ice cream or popcorn machines and many other prizes. At the very end, the largest cake "Collection" with a piece for each child will be traditionally cut.

Opening of a charity exhibition "Children create for children" with products made by over 320 children of different ages, trained at the "Crafts School for Children in AIR Old Plovdiv 2021", which was realized by RZK - Plovdiv under the project of the Department of Culture , Archeology and Cultural Heritage ”of the Municipality of Plovdiv, funded by the Ministry of Culture. The funds raised from the sale of the beautiful products will be donated to the Children's Department of St. George University Hospital in support of the donation campaign "Best for our children and cancer patients", for the construction of a new pediatric and oncohematological complex on Base 2 of UMHAT "Saint George".
