With a series of six events within the project "Talents in Trakiya" People's Community Centre "Savremennik-1986" will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first sod of the Plovdiv district of Trakiya. The cultural institution in the heart of the youngest district invites Plovdiv residents to a variety of events with free admission.

On 17 and 18 May at 18:00, creative workshops of the Children's Art Club "Contrasts" will take place to create an urban landscape by scratching in the Creativity Zone in front of the library of the community centre.

On May 19 at 18:00 the concert program of the project opens there again. The first stage performance is a "Singing Concert under the Terraces" featuring graduates of the singing schools of the People's Community Centers "Savremennik-1986" and "P.R. Slaveykov - 1908".

On May 22, again at 18:00, at the same place will be held "Piano Concert under the balcony" with the participation of talents from the piano schools of the community centers "Contemporary-1986", "P.R. Slaveykov-1908", "Mladost-1983" and "Trakia - Plovdiv - 2008".

The zone of creativity will also be the venue of the "Guitar Concert under the Terraces" on 29 May 2023 at 18:00. Guitarists from the schools of "Savremennik-1986" and "P.R. Slaveykov-1908" will participate in this stage performance.

The final event of the "Talents in Trakiya" project is the Concert "Bulgarian Folklore in the Park" on 07 June 2023 at 18:00 in Lauta Park. It will be attended by the Women's Folk Choirs of the "Savremennik-1986" and "P.R. Slaveykov-1908" Community Centres. A special greeting to the participants and the audience will be given by the young folk singer Ana Maria Standzhikova.

The Talents in Trakiya project is implemented with the financial support of Plovdiv Municipality under Component 3 "Civic Activity" of the Ordinance on the Procedure and Conditions for Financing Initiatives in the Field of Culture, part of the Calendar of Cultural Events of Plovdiv Municipality.
