Sara Tavares is a Portuguese singer, songwriter, guitarist and percussionist. Her city is Lisbon, her roots are from Cape Verde, and the compositions are an enchanting mixture of African, Portuguese and North American music, on which her magical voice moves like true magic.

Sarah Tavares is a phenomenon in world music that has dominated critics and audiences with her ability to blend the musical styles, blurring boundaries. Her voice is a warm and trained instrument that faithfully conveys the quest of her artistic soul. In an interview with Bulgarian media, she shared: "I do not say anything that does not bring me a message, and I do not sing anything that does not contain a personal element. I cannot interpret messages that do not pass through my heart so that they can then come out through my voice. They just had to go through my heart ... I usually compose my own songs. ”
