Drama and Puppet Theater "Ivan Dimov" Haskovo is visiting Plovdiv with its new production "Safe Bet" by Vladimir Djurdjevic.

The date is October 23, starting at 7 pm, and the venue is Military Club Plovdiv.

The star acting trio of Malin Krastev, Asen Blatechki and Dimitar Bakalov are Pixie, Peacock and Boule in the comedy "Safe Bet". The play by the Serbian playwright Vladimir Djurdjevic is directed by Andrei Rosinski.
Three friends, painfully addicted to football betting, have made different predictions for the upcoming football match. Gathered in front of the TV, they closely follow the development of the sport event, because the end result will have consequences for each of them.
"Safe Bet" is a story about the lost generation, whose youth was wasted within the difficult time of the country. The accumulated bitterness makes them blame others for everything, but not themselves for their life failures. Serbia is to blame, the system is to blame, but at the end of the day they are doing nothing to change this. It easier to do safe bets, to sit in front of the TV and hope to win the big money from betting.
Looking at them, everyone would recognise at least one Pixie, Peacock or Boule, and why not himself?
