From April 25 to May 14, 2023, the City Gallery of Fine Arts - Plovdiv will host the impressive exhibition "Ahimsa: Nonviolence", including 40 works by 34 prominent contemporary Bulgarian artists and sculptors and four artists from India, Turkey and the Republic of Macedonia.

The opening is on 25 April at 18:00. The organizers of the event are City Gallery of Fine Arts - Plovdiv and Indological Foundation East-West, with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of India in Bulgaria. The exhibition was born on the initiative of the sculptor prof. Emil Popov, the artist prof. Stanislav Pamukchiev and the Indologist Yordanka Boyanova.
