On October 11, at 6 p.m., the anniversary photography exhibition "20 years of BG PRESS PHOTO in Plovdiv" will be opened at Roman Stadium Square in Plovdiv.

The photos from "20 years of BG PRESS PHOTO in Plovdiv" are a small part of the huge collection of reportage photography that the "BG PRESS PHOTO" foundation has collected over the years from 2002 to now. It includes nearly 300 photographs that represent the work of some of Bulgaria's most successful photojournalists from the beginning of the 21st century. The photos are from the categories for participation in the contest: Political, social, portrait, culture and traditions, sports, military photography, nature and environment.

A special highlight in this selected collection is the participation of Plovdiv photographers over the years in the most authoritative and long-lasting competition for reportage photography in Bulgaria. You will see photos by Plovdiv camera masters Nedeliyan Neshev, Stoyan Iliev, Evgeni Tsvetkov, Slavi Kalinov, Milan Hristev, Atanas Kanev, Anastas Turpanov, Tihomir Penov and others.

The exhibition "20 years of BG PRESS PHOTO in Plovdiv" is part of the program of the Autumn Salon of the Arts and is realized thanks to the financial support of the Municipality of Plovdiv.

The exhibition can be viewed from October 11 to 30.
